I am good with 6-7Piss weak Emma (AKA daughter of Bev)
I won't be round for a while but 5-6am would be good. Up early, do the WOD and then off to work! Nice.
Emma - that bar is going to get lighter for you every week. Chris - I agree, it's the best time of the day to train!
Connie - will keep it at 6-7 and if I can get there for the am workout (must negotiate with husband for drop offs @ school)I will. that is if we can drop in at different sessions.

um...8-9AM would be good for me!But I am only here for 6 more weeks anyway...6-7PM is fine, although 5PM would be good too!-Ian
BTW Kelly, have you seen the Main Site WOD for today? hehehe...
