Saturday 17 Apr - "Filthy Fifties"

Box Jumps, Jumping Pull Ups, Kettle-Bell Swings, Walking Lunge, Knees to Elbows, Push Press, Back Extensions, Wall Balls, Burpees, Double Unders
We will work out weights, heights and reps for each person before the WOD.

    Amazing efforts from everyone this morning. perfect form every rep from Jay and Katrina M - great work guys. This is one of those workouts where we have to fight the 'inner voice' that tells us we should stop and it's too hard.
