  1. 'Nutts' was fun (to watch)! Paula and Amy C were the standouts - consistency and less resting meant the fastest times for the day! Also awesome work from Phil - for fighting through on the double unders and being the only one to do the WOD as Rx'd. Also great effort from Sean who we scaled to 'Half Nutts' as he is in his first week but decided to do it again anyway!
