 'Murph', as prescribed, is done wearing a 10kg weighted vest. 
The reps can be partitioned as required. 
The scaled option will be a 'Half Murph'.

    Sheesh, i've never done Murph before, looks like a challege, let alone wearing the 10kg vest too! Might try give it a bash tonight...
