Sunday 29 Nov - Open Gym 2-4pm

There is a weightlifting competition today being held at The NT Institute of Sport, Marrara.
There are a number of CrossFit Darwin members lifting.
Ladies start at 11am, men at around 12 noon. Feel free to drop in check it out.
